Windgenerator’s studies and researches

- Studies of optimal 5-6 kW wind turbine for different wind speed annual distribution
- Experimental researches of nonconventional electrical generators:
  • Dual three-phase induction generators
  • Three-phase synchronous generators
  • Power electronic c.a.-c.c., c.c.-c.c., c.c.-c.a. converters
    - Computer simulation of wind turbines generators and electronic power converters
    - Computer simulation of the data acquisition, optimal control and safety systems

    Design and manufacturing of autonomous small horizontal windgenerator
    - 5-6 kW power wind turbine for different sites with different wind speed annual distribution, by diversification of TSRO, solidity, length and number of blades
    - Integrated construction permanent magnet poles synchronous generator, having the turbine and the electromagnetic safety brake mounted on the generator shaft
    - Generator – consumer power electronic c.a.-c.a. converter interface.

    On-site installation:
    - there have been identified possible locations with proper wind potential and it was selected the most suitable location
    - there have been conducted geological and topographic studies required for construction permits
    - there have been started basic site preparation
